Sat 15 June | Breaking Bad Habits

£25.00

A one day meditation workshop with Gen Kelsang Dornying

Saturday 15 June | 10-3pm |

We all have bad habits that seem hard to break. Nobody really wants to engage in compulsive behaviour that affects their health, yet we can find ourself doing this on a daily basis. Nobody wants to hurt the people they love, yet it’s often east to do. Bad habits make us unhappy, unhealthy and destroy our relationships and self-esteem.

Buddhist phsychology uses meditation as a tool to develop new habits of thinking that lead to inner strength and confidence. On this workshop, experience this for yourself.

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher at KMC Leeds. Gen Dornying has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for more than 20 years and has taught all over the world. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to daily life.

Session times:

10-11am | 12-1pm | 2-3pm

Course fee:

£25 or free for Premium and Benefactor Members
